Pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (hereinafter the Code) LAB s.r.l (hereinafter the Company) wishes to provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data, it being understood that by visiting the website www.laboniagloves.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) You acknowledge and agree to the procedures described in this Privacy Policy.
Purpose of processing
The processing of the personal data you provide and/or deduced by browsing the Site is directed to the achievement of the following purposes:
a. to allow access and navigation on the Site and to process anonymous statistics on the use of the Site, to check the proper functioning of the Site and to ascertain any liability in case of offences committed during navigation;
b. provide the registration service on the Site;
c. provide the services offered by the Company.

The storage of data will take place in electronic/ computer/ optical and for the time strictly necessary to meet the purposes referred to in point 1, in compliance with current legislation.
In relation to your personal data, the Company will adopt all the appropriate tools to ensure its security and confidentiality, in accordance with the provisions of the Code. In particular, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be taken, as set out in the Code, so that the level of data protection provided by current legislation is guaranteed.
In addition, the applied methodologies ensure that access to data is only allowed to persons in charge of the processing by the Company.
4. Provision of data
With regard to the provision of personal data, we inform you that the computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols; the mere access to the Site therefore involves the acquisition by the Company of data relating to you; certain personal data relating to you are mandatory for the purposes of registration on the Site and your refusal to provide them does not allow you to complete the registration procedure.
5. Communication and dissemination of data
The personal data collected for the achievement of the purposes referred to in point 1 above will not be the subject of communication or dissemination to third parties.

b. obtain, by the Data Controller or the Data Controller, as identified below:
indications on the origin of personal data, on the purposes and methods of processing, on the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the help of electronic tools;
indication of the identification details of the Data Controller and the/i Data Processor/s, as well as, where appropriate, of the representative designated by a foreign party to process data in Italy;
information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents;

oppose, in whole or in part:

The above rights may be exercised either directly, or through your representative, in the forms provided for in Articles 8 and 9 of the Code.
To exercise the above rights, you must make a written request, by certified email, to the Data Controller, as identified below.
